We booked a triple room with a comfortable bed. It was convenient having central heating, a multi-channel TV, and a study table. Location: the hotel was very close to the train station and the old town. The place was just a walking distance from Shanaz, where you can have dinner.

Lovely hostess, friendly staff, recently redone bathrooms, average European room sizes, trying to keep up-to-date amenities.
Can't fault the property in any way.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The holiday décor was tasteful and cozy. The location was convenient for exploring the town centre and nearby attractions.
The room was dated and lacked basic amenities such as a mini-fridge and adequate lighting. The heating system was noisy and difficult to regulate, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

The hotel's location is convenient for exploring the town as it is on a slight slope and near the city centre. It's possible to walk to nearby bars and restaurants quickly. One traveler mentioned clean and newly renovated bathrooms, while another complimented the friendly staff. the breakfast was satisfactory as well.
Some travelers noted a lack of elevator, making the upper floors challenging to access.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, offering us a map and directions to nearby attractions. the location was convenient, just a short walk from the town center and free parking was a bonus. the complimentary breakfast was decent, with fresh croissants and orange juice.
The room was disappointing, with outdated and uncomfortable furniture. the walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors clearly.
